so shipping of drives / attack the blocks is done. according to sarah. apologies on being a bit out of the shipping process, its kinda sarah's deal, so she handles the emails and whatnot. if there's any problems or concerns, please email us.
also, if you don't have a tracking number, email us. we'll get you one. occasionally the shipping system sarah uses doesn't download all the orders, so one or two slip through and we don't realize we haven't shipped them until they email us. so if you have any questions, drop us an email and we'll look it up, make sure its on its way.
hopefully the next sale is a bit more low key, and we'll try to be a bit more prepared beforehand, some rookie mistakes on this sale that i shouldn't have made, catching some damaged prints pretty late in the shipping process, which then threw my poster count off, stuff like that. hopefully we do better next time, but thanks to sarah for all the hard work, a better employee i could not ask for. you simply cannot pay enough for that kind of service. not that i actually pay her, but still, if i did, i couldn't even put a dollar amount on it.
alright, thanks again. chapter closed. next up, the barbarians LP. pino donaggio at the height of his powers. book it mondo. plus ronnie jackson? it is literally like printing money. literally.

a further note on shipping drives / attack the blocks
gratings,
looks like the last of these are going out monday. apologies on the late shipping, we should have had the posters tubed up before the sale, then sarah would just have to work on shipping instead of packing and shipping. but they're finally out, and hopefully those of you who haven't got a tracking number yet will get one monday, if not drop me an email.
also, we're getting some damaged reports, seems like more than usual but we'll see. if you can hold off til we're done shipping we'll get you sorted out this next week, which will either be a replacement or a refund. if its a refund my apologies, we don't keep enough back to replace all damaged prints.
but, due to us being a bit slow, we're switching to 4" tubes in the future, either from yazoo or uline. just on the bigger 24x36 prints, we'll use up the rest of our 3" tubes on 18x24 prints. it might cost us a bit more but hopefully the lack of refunds will cover our bases, i'm guessing it will.
plus some of you have mentioned you got an extra handbill or something in your tube, while other just got two stickers. heres how that worked. i basically had a stack of extra handbills and whatnot, and i split it in half and told sarah to ship half with the drives and half with the attack the block. since we had two drives, that stack got further split in half for the drives, but a decent amount went out to drives, though it probably seems like more went out to atb buyers. plus only atb buyers had a chance to get a letterpress drive, whereas only drive people got a chance to get a atb handbill with nick frost on it. it was completely random, i have zero idea who got what. but everyone who didn't get a handbill got two stickers instead. those are highly collectible by my children. so ship them back.
so, that's the state of the shipping union, apologies if i haven't emailed you, i've not been around my computer much lately. i did just get 10 new chickens today, bringing my total to 18. including the infamous Russian Orloffs. named after Count Orloff, naturally. plus we got a new kitten earlier this week and my new batch of bees last week. busy busy. repo man posters will either come with a free egg or a free spoonful of honey. AP's will get a free kitten.

Shippings, Refunds, Returns, tickets please...
so, as posters are leaving my house and arriving (hopefully at your
house), i thought it would be a good time to go over the ol tstout inc
policy regarding refunds, returns, damaged prints etc.
since we do all our poster business via paypal, our rules pretty much go by paypals rules. here's a place where they're laid out - PayPal Purchase Protection
that talks about damaged prints, that talks about things not arriving, it talks about all the stuff. you can either file with paypal or contact us directly (which is probably what we prefer, but that's up to you). once you email us about a damaged print or print not arriving, sarah will take it from there and let you know what to do.
SOMETIMES we can send out a replacement. SOMETIMES we'll have no more replacement prints, and have to refund your order. either way, you won't have to be stuck with a damaged print.
so that's all, just a reminder of what options you have when you purchase a poster. obviously i appreciate your understanding when it comes to the screenprinting process, that posters do get banged around when printing, that stray ink can fly here and there and that sometimes the poster you receive may not look identical to the poster you expected to receive.
to quote True Romance - "Can you live with it?" - if you can't, then email us.

Email Blacklist / Lotto Submissions etc
in my previous sale writeup i said this
"- what happens if you don't get picked yet purchase anyway? sarah goes through all the orders, and when she finds an email or name that does not correspond with the list of people picked, that person is refunded. and will not get picked again, sadly. we usually have a few rounds of people getting picked, but those don't follow these rules get disqualified permanently."
lots of people interpreted that to mean i have a permanent blacklist set up. i don't. sarah has a few people who purchased without having been picked in the lotto, and those people were refunded and she's avoiding picking them for awhile, but unless you've ordered a poster without having been given a link, and were refunded due to that, you're not on some list of 'do not sell to.'
so you're good. and if you're concerned, drop us an email and i will reassure you that you're good. if you have a refund from me in paypal that says it was refunded because you purchased a poster without being picked to do so, then you might not be good, and you can also drop us an email.
my goal, sell posters in a fair and honest way. sarah's goal, ship them. i don't want to get into a war with anyone, i just want peace. and quiet.

Drive / Attack the Block poster sale info
thanks for your entries, the lotto is closed, emails will be going out tomorrow (wednesday april 4th) at noon, PST
---------------------------------
hello,
if you're interested in purchasing either of my drive posters or my attack the block poster, this is how to do so:
please read through all the instructions, since we always end up refunding a few people that didn't.
1. submit your Name and Address to tstoutmondo@gmail.com by Tuesday, April 2nd, by 11:59PM. sarah will pick from the email entries and send out emails Wednesday, April 3rd, 12PM PST.
Only submit your name once, via email. your address must be the address this poster is being shipped to. it must be the same as your paypal shipping address.
2. If your name is submitted more than once, you'll be disqualified from being picked. If your address is submitted more than once, you'll be disqualified.
3. if you purchase under a different name than the name you submitted, you'll be refunded and disqualified. if you are not picked at all, yet someone gives you a link and you purchase the poster, you'll be refunded and disqualified.
- Why does your paypal address need to match up? because otherwise you could submit a million different entries, and after getting picked give us the actual address to ship to. tricksy.
- what happens if you don't get picked yet purchase anyway? sarah goes through all the orders, and when she finds an email or name that does not correspond with the list of people picked, that person is refunded. and will not get picked again, sadly. we usually have a few rounds of people getting picked, but those don't follow these rules get disqualified permanently.
- those that are picked will be given the opportunity to purchase either drive print or attack the block print (whatever is in stock). those picked will be limited to one poster total. not one of each version. if i don't sell out after the sale, then people that have purchased can purchase another print. by limiting people to one print total, it spreads the posters out over the maximum amount of people possible.
regular posters will all be $65 plus shipping.

variant posters will all be $110 plus shipping.

i'm probably making this too confusing. just email your name and address to tstoutmondo@gmail.com and you'll be set. if you hear from us on Wednesday, we'll walk you through how to pick up a print. don't email more than once, don't purchase the poster if someone else sends you a link. easy enough.
